Vesicularia ferriei 'Weeping Moss', commonly known as Weeping Moss, is believed to have originated in China and was distributed by Oriental Aquarium Plants. 'Weeping Moss' is a fleshy hanging moss 1-3 cm tall with bright green teardrop-shaped shoots. Best attached to driftwood or roots, as its drooping growth pattern helps create depth and contrast in the aquarium. 'Weeping' has low requirements, is fast growing and needs frequent pruning with scissors to maintain an attractive shape.
