Our costs for deliveries to Quebec:
Orders of $150 and more benefit from free standard delivery. *
Products and plants:
Standard delivery (3 to 9 business days): $14
In case of rapid need, it is also possible to select the delivery option for fish in order to receive the products within 1-2 working days express delivery.
*Certain heavy items such as large salt buckets or rocks are excluded from free delivery. If your order exceeds 20 kg, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
We also offer local delivery at the advantageous price of 6$ on the Montreal Island, most cities of the south shore and Laval.

Damage in transport:
The delivery guarantee applies to orders of $100 or less by the carrier. In the event of damage to an order worth $100 or less, please contact us and send us photos to our email address or on our Facebook page within 6 hours of delivery. Any complaints sent after the time limit cannot be refunded. If the deadlines and conditions are met, we will contact the carrier to obtain the damage claim, and the item in question will be returned to you free of charge.
AquaZen is not responsible for any damage caused by shipping on orders of $100 or more.
AquaZen is not responsible for and has no control over delays in the delivery process. In the event of a delay, please contact the delivery company directly with your delivery code. We also encourage you to contact us directly if any complications arise and we will do our best to help you through the process.
AquaZen is not responsible for and will not refund orders placed on an insufficient or invalid or inaccurate address.
No refund on shipping costs.
We do business with Canada Post and UPS for our deliveries.
