Refund policy
Return and refund on living things (fish, corals, plants, invertebrates):
In the event of death on arrival (DOA), the customer must contact the store by email, Facebook or by telephone within 2 hours of the arrival of the animals or plants. In order to take advantage of our warranty policy on living purchased online, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the animal or plant in the transport bag, so it is important not to throw the bag or the contents in it and not to put the living thing in the aquarium.
- Send these photos to our email address or by Facebook message.
- If all of these guidelines are followed and the images are approved, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the living lost.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
The Lifetime Guarantee only applies to online orders.
Return and refund on products:
Products (dry good) are refundable and returnable within 7 days of delivery. If the deadline is not respected, it is unfortunately impossible to make the refund.
The products must be in perfect condition, in their boxes or packaging and sealed.
All frozen foods and perishable products cannot be refunded or returned.
In order to complete the refund, a receipt and proof of purchase are required.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
You are also responsible for the delivery costs for sending the package to the store. For any item worth $100 or more, it is strongly recommended to opt for delivery tracking.
Once the product has been returned, received, and after inspection the product is in perfect condition, the refund will be made to the card used for the purchase.
All discounted products are unfortunately non-refundable.
