Tropica 1-2-Grow Phyllanthus fluitans

Native to the American tropics, Phyllanthus fluitans is a floating plant of the Phyllanthaceae family.

It is similar to Salvinia, differentiated only by the monoleaf structure on each node. The water-repellent heart-shaped leaves hide the stem which can sometimes give rise to white flowers with six petals. The more intense the light, the browner the leaves turn. Sustainable cultivation in Denmark.
