Tropica 1-2-Grow Lobelia cardinalis 'Mini'

Sometimes plants surprise by suddenly deviating from the way they normally grow. This is called a mutation, and Lobelia cardinalis 'Mini' is a good example. Lobelia cardinalis 'Mini' therefore comes from the general production of Lobelia cardinalis. It is characterized by its beautiful light green leaves closer together than on the original Lobelia, then it is also significantly smaller, hence the addition of "Mini" to the name of the plant.

The growth is low and dense, as the plant readily branches, even without pruning. Also, the mini version rarely forms the long, vertical shoots that otherwise characterize Lobelia cardinalis.

It is easily propagated by planting the cut shoots in the lower layer. Lobelia cardinalis 'Mini' becomes more compact in good light and added CO2, but also grows well without it.
