Tropica 1-2-Grow Bucephalandra pygmaea 'Bukit Kelam'

In the wild, Bucephalandra usually grows on rocks or wood in rivers and streams - much like Anubias, which they resemble when it comes to use and care in the aquarium.

Bucephalandra 'Bukit Kalem' is an easy, slow growing plant that prefers lower light levels. A beautiful, dense appearance is ensured by the willingness to branch, even without pruning.

The green leaves are 2cm wide and 5cm long with wavy edges. Tiny white spots will appear on submerged leaves.

The creeping stem, rhizome, should not be covered when planting. This will lead to rotting and death of the plant.
