Seapora Frozen Spirulina Brine Shrimp are individual frozen cubes designed to provide essential nutrients, vitamins and proteins to the inhabitants of your aquatic ecosystem. Ideal for community tanks, these versatile, nutrient-rich Spirulina Brine Shrimp Cubes are eaten with gusto by an incredibly wide variety of freshwater and saltwater fish such as tangs, rabbitfish, fish -clowns, angelfish, chromis, sharks, african cichlids, american cichlids, platies, swordtails, mollies, silver dollars and many more. Prior to freezing, these brine shrimp were loaded with beneficial spirulina algae (often used as an immune system booster in commercial aquaculture operations) to provide valuable protein and nutrients to your aquatic animals. Fresh frozen foods can be served in preparation for a stressful event such as high water luck, transfers to a new aquarium, reconfiguration of plants, or the addition of new fish.

Contains exceptionally high levels of essential fatty acids (eg ALA, LA, SDA, EPA, DHA and AA), vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, C, D and E) and minerals , which help all fish in maintaining their immune system, as well as a high level of pigments (chlorophyll a, xanthophyll, beta-carotene, echinenone, myxoxanthophyll, zeaxanthin, canthaxanthin, diatoxanthin, 3-hydroxyechinenone, beta-cryptoxanthin, oscillaxanthin, c-phycocyanin and allophycocyanin) which help fish and shellfish show their vibrant colors. Please note:

Feed often, but only what can be eaten in three minutes. Remove any uneaten food. Never overfeed. No thawing or rinsing necessary. Keep frozen.

Microwaving or thawing in hot water is not recommended, as this breaks down the nutrients in frozen fish food.
