NPX BioPellets

Made from biodegradable polymers, NPX Bioplastics Two Little Fishies Granular Plastic Media is designed for use in fluidized media reactors or enclosed in a media bag in any filter. The slow release of organic foods from these plastics promotes the development of bacteria that assimilate nitrates and phosphates. These bacteria can be harvested by protein skimmers to effectively and naturally reduce nitrate and phosphate levels in your aquarium. The bacteria also provide a food source for filter-feeding invertebrates such as clams, corals, feather dusters and sponges.
