The IO Acrylic series CO2 diffuser is the innovative approach to injecting CO2 into the tank thanks to the new Nano CO2 Mist Technology ceramic membrane! CO2 passes through its porous surface then easily dissolves into streams of tiny bubbles, giving your plants everything they need to thrive.

Our new CO2 diffuser from the IO Acrylic series optimizes the quantity of carbon dioxide injected into the tank for efficient absorption of this gas for plants and therefore less waste. Aquatic plants benefiting from a stable injection of CO2 and fertilizer will perform at their best in terms of health and coloring.

The acrylic body of the diffuser is designed to blend perfectly into the aquatic environment thanks to its small size and transparency.

The Nano CO2 Mist Technology membrane is replaceable and easy to reinstall. The diffuser is compatible with all our CO2 resistant tubes and the kit also contains two high quality suction cups for stable positioning of the diffuser on the aquarium glass.

Depending on the volume of your aquarium, you can choose the best diffuser model from the IO acrylic series:

Small for tanks less than 40G (150L)
Ideal for tanks over 40G (150L)
Using the diffuser

To use this CO2 atomizer diffuser, simply connect your CO2 resistant tube to the diffuser.

It is recommended to set the pressure of your CO2 regulator to a minimum of 2 bar as a starting point. Please allow the diffuser to soak in aquarium water for at least 2 hours before pressurizing the diffuser.

Caution: At first, the diffuser may release large bubbles around the ceramic ring. During the first 24 hours of use, all pores in the ceramic will fill with water and the size of the bubbles will decrease to the optimal size. Also wait a few minutes for enough pressure to build up to allow the CO2 to start passing through, this may not start instantly.
